If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn items for a refund, subject to the terms below. Processing, shipping, and related fees cannot be refunded under any curcumstances.
When you receive your product please take a moment to inspect for damages, size, and color. All sales of opened hosiery, bodystockings, panties, and closeout product are final and no returns will be accepted. Other items to be returned must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and in original condition.
State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. Also health regulations prohibit the return of items that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair/dander. Returns in this condition will not be accepted.
Made to Order or Custom Made items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure all measurements and product selection are accurate before you place your order. Please understand that as a small business, an item made especially for you is expensive to produce and we cannot be responsible for mistakes regarding size, style, or fabric selections.
In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product. Returns without authorization will be refused. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original receipt.
